Earlier I was overwhelmed with work. So much so that I could not think clearly. My decision making was impacted. I was not able to convey my burden to my boss. Then I learnt from Saaleha I learnt to communicate effectively. Due to effective communication, my work burden has been optimized. I feel more empowered and I have the time to look at critical decision making. Now when I communicate, I convince people.

At work, I communicate more effectively, leading my team to targets more efficiently. I now keep my team focused on the agenda and that shows business results. I make better and firmer decisions and I communicate my decisions with more assertiveness.

I have learnt to keep calm in difficult situations and those which are not under my control.

I don’t react to things or persons… I have learnt to control my own emotion and communicate in ways what favour me or are on my terms. I am able to do things and make decision the way I want it. My communication is more structured without any sense of guilt in my mind and I reason with others more logically.

I have also learnt to share my views in meetings.

I try to implement everything I learn in GPS Goal Squad. Especially speaking like a CEO.

I have to address many forums. I now speak confidently in large gatherings which include world leaders.

This is possible because I implement the structure and preparation taught by Saaleha Ma’am.

A toxic environment in one of the previous employers had taken its toll on me. And I stayed on a sabbatical for more than a year. This was sapping my confidence. I felt I could not face interviews. Then I joined Saaleha’s programme.

Within less than 3 months of the embarking on my journey with her, i regained my confidence to
face interviews and have now moved into a wonderful new role. This would not have been possible without her guidance, mentorship and coaching, and the amazing clarity I received as part of my journey with her.

I always aspired to be a public speaker but i didn’t believe in myself.

With Saaleha ma’am’s guidance, within 3 months i became recognized orator within my organization.

I’ve successfully delivered sessions on complex topics and have received accolades for my contribution. One standout moments was an assignment with the Risk Management team at HSBC Japan. It was a proud milestone that reinforced the confidence and capabilities I’ve built through this program. Currently, I’m in the process of my long-term goal of becoming a professional speaker and coach.

As I’ve become more intentional in how I lead and communicate I have started commanding more respect from my team. I can sense a positive shift in the team’s mindset and business energy.

I’m consciously improving my communication—with my family, boss, and team. While it’s not always easy due to my natural tendencies, I do see progress. My relationship with my boss has improved, and I am now ready present myself in a better light to top bosses.

I began having more meaningful conversations with my wife, kids, and parents. I released a deep-rooted emotional burden from childhood—which allowed me to truly reconnect with my father. I’ve started having honest, heart-to-heart conversations with my son before bedtime. It’s a small change, but it brings deep joy and a sense of real connection.

I can proudly say, if I write my life history, I can divide my life in to two parts– before and after the training. Saaleha Ahmad’s session profoundly impacted me.

Before her sessions, my polio-affected right hand led to feelings of inferiority, making me withdrawn. Now I am a confident public speaker, addressing hundreds of people comfortably.

Saaleha’s guidance altered my belief system, resulting in positive changes in my outer world. Her silence with smile, looks and actions with heart, her words of wisdom changed my internal world. Believe me she looks like ‘Durga Matha’ for me.
