Earlier I was overwhelmed with work. So much so that I could not think clearly. My decision making was impacted. I was not able to convey my burden to my boss. Then I learnt from Saaleha I learnt to communicate effectively. Due to effective communication, my work burden has been optimized. I feel more empowered and I have the time to look at critical decision making. Now when I communicate, I convince people.

I have learnt to say no without damaging our relationship. This has been possible due to learning communication from Saaleha.
